So I have a binge eating problem. Not really an eating disorder. Let’s call it a “bad relationship with food.”
I think IF helps a lot with the binging for the most part but when I break my fast is when I’m the most vulnerable to binging.
Well, I finished my 20 hours today and I wanted to binge but I just had two apples and a small sandwich. Then I got busy to keep from eating more.
Gonna also have dinner tonight when my cravings calm down a bit.
I have a binge eating disorder and fast for this reason, over time the binge eating will stop you just won’t feel like eating so much. You can make it easier by gradually shortening your eating window I went from 16:8 to 20:4 slowly over a few weeks and it’s been better for me because I feel less hungry and find I don’t want to undo what I’ve achieved.
