Biotin

I looked in the past post but might as well ask again: Is it okay to take a biotin supplement while extended fasting?!?

Answer

From what I’ve seen on some of Dr. Fung’s videos on YouTube, supplements are fine to take as long as your body tolerates them well. I know B vitamins cause me to be very nauseous if I take them on an empty stomach. Also, some vitamins are absorbed better with food, so if you want maximum absorption, take with a meal.
