Black coffee, ACV, and erythritol -- am I doing this right?

16:8, going for 18:6.

In the mornings I’ll have a few cups of coffee, then have a small cocktail of 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar with a packet of stevia/erythritol when I’m in my last few hours to keep me going.

I’ve read that ACV helps your fast and have read mixed things about the sweetener.

Is all of this generally okay/safe during my fasting window?

Evaluate how you feel after the ACV. Personally, I had an insulin response to it—it made me jittery and hungry and weak when I drank it an hour before breaking my fast. Ii won’t have it during a fast now, but it is great stuff otherwise.
