Just watch the addictive potential of caffeine and maybe switch to decaf and see if that does the same for you.
I am NOT recommending this but a noticeable fact in my life has been that nicotine in any form is an effective appetite suppressant. I became quite addicted to tobacco free- nicotine pouches that are placed in the gum line. However after 2 years of use I’ve decided to quit because of health risks that nicotine still poses to the cardiovascular system as well as the heart. Probably ain’t good for your gums either.
For most fasting people, coffee and tea causes hunger pangs by stimulating gastric juices in the stomach. Furthermore coffee consumption will also cause dehydration and electrolyte imbalance due to increased urination

I cannot do it. Few days ago I tried but end up with staying up till 3am every day. I used to drink espresso based drinks but now since I don’t have my espresso machine with me anymore I start to drink brewed coffee. It just kept me awake. I didn’t feel nauseous though, just cannot fall asleep.
