I’m currently at 94/61 blood pressure at 46 hours of a dry fast. What is everyone’s blood pressure while dry fasting over 2 days?
Ironic for me to see this right at today because I specifically have just finished a 2-day dry fast. I was at 119/64 this morning, blood sugar was 89, resting heart rate at 76. Right about the numbers I like to see. Granted, I am a 28 year old male, 6’0” at 228 lbs too. There are many factors to consider. I used to be over 300 lbs, my body has spent the last few years healing. I would consider a blood pressure in your range to be alarmingly low for me.
