There’s no relationship between milk and a bloody nose! It won’t harm or help you to drink milk or other milk products like cheese and yogurt.

A bloody nose is usually the result of a small vessel inside your nose rupturing and it’s not serious. However, if your nose is constantly bleeding, you should see a doctor just to rule out any underlying conditions.
