Anyone here doing bone broth? Where in your eating window? How is it going? Anything to tell?
I just did from roasted turkey carcass, spices, herbs, onion, leek, celery stalks, ginger, and spice cubes. Delicious! It’s used as the first thing to break your fast, especially if it was a longer one. Some people like to do that that way, others have to because of stomach issues. I don’t find it necessary, but I will not waste a good opportunity! I rarely have turkey to prepare and eat.
