2nd day on my fast, threw up after 30 min. Is this throwing up a common thing with bone broth fast?
I have done this…….not bone broth specifically but I have thrown up on a fast. It was my body saying we had to referee and try again.
On a side note, how much did you drink? Could you have an allergy to something in the bone broth?
