I started fasting every other day- I will drink 4 cups of Bone Broth during the say for a total of 140 calories on my “fasting” days. And eat around 2160 calories on my eating days. Have anyone tried this method before? If so- what were the results.

IMO that’s the best way to lose weight. I fasted with just water for 120 hours and I think I lost like 2 pounds. Eating just a teeny bit like your bone broth will get your body to actually drop the weight. Opposed to eating nothing and your body will stay in conservation mode.
I’m just guessing and don’t have any science to back up many of these claims.
