I’m not really sure what you mean with non propaganda, and god knows nutrition will always be a political minefield, but Nourishing Traditions can be an eye opening and very educational read. It’s an older book and not focused on climate or environmental impact what so ever, so no mentions of veganism, as per your request.
Well I’m not a book but I have lots of recipes, remedies and I like meat. I don’t like to tell people what they want to hear because that’s propaganda. I’ve studied multiple doctors and I’m interested in books as well.
