The books by Dr Dincalantonio and SIIM seem up your alley, they’re excellent dudes in their field for sure. If you Google books recommended by Dr Rhonda Patrick you’ll find some goodies there too.
Any book worth your time will require Google by your side to assist in comprehending some of the jargin but it’s better than getting generic advices that’s usually wrong.
If you get book recommendations by Michael Greger ignore em… trust me his books (and himself) are a joke.
