Glucose Revolution is a great one as well to discuss how to manage glucose spikes and responses! Thoroughly enjoyed it!
Worth taking a look at Mastering Diabetes
It’s not the only approach, but a lot of other approaches tend to focus on sugar removal and/or fasting. This is more plant based, and it’s important to understand the varied impacts of sugar, carbohydrates and also fat on blood sugar.
I’ve read Dr. Jason Fung. He wrote about diabetes 2 (which has a lot to do with blood sugar and how to fix it).I think the title was “how to reverse diabetes 2” or something like that (I am not quite sure, bc I read the German translation).
