#1. “Fast, Feast, Repeat”, is a great how-to-guide#2. “The obesity code”, gives you the science of why it works, and how insulin is involved
“The diabetes code”, is an even more science-y version of the same book, with an extra focus on those already with diabetes.
Also if you want a nice motivational source, the podcast “intermittent fasting stories” with Gin Stephens. Really encouraging.
