Answer

boron content

Doesn’t have the specific ones you asked about but has content of a large number of foods

Answer

Boron content is highly variable and dependent on soil content. IIRC, it seems to be prominent in fruits as calcium fructoborate. Boron seems quite misunderstood in plants, but seems to be important, maybe essential? Hope some plant biologist chimes in!

What’s your hypothesis? I’d love to know

Answer

Found an interesting study which demonstrates that the fruit of the cowpea plant (cowpeas) absorb soil boron significantly compared to other vegetables, legumes, and fruit

This study seem to imply cowpeas contain 50-100x as much boron as tomatoes, but also that beets are a great source of boron too?
