Haven’t eaten anything in 72 hours but I let out a lot of solid matter. I just broke my fast with almonds, watermelon, and a few chocolate wafers. Can food really move that fast through your system or am I just dealing with leftovers from 3 days prior?
😂😂😂 the nuts are fiber and take time to digest. With that being said everyone’s body is different to some extent. I broke a 3 day fast with bred dipped in olive oil and herbs, salad, chicken with cheese ham, and I had explosive diarrhea. Literally had to run to the restroom from the table
You whole metabolism just kinda closes up shop while you fast (kinda like when you sleep). When you refeed it’s like the factory all comes back online, and sometimes there’s still stuff in the pipeline that’s been fermenting for a while that makes a very sudden exit. Never trust a fart!!
