In the OMAD group, I suggested a challenge starting January the first. Maybe here are also people interested in doing that.
The challenge is simple. You are not allowed to step on any scale for one month whilst doing OMAD or any other type of IF. The idea is to focus more on the lifestyle than being obsessed by your scale.

Sounds like a great idea OP! Im doing 18:6 (3 months in) but will try OMAD during the holidays or longer. Not sure if it will work for me due to migraine but I need to find out how long I can go. A support group would be great!
