Hello I’m a week away from finishing my 30 day water fast and I’m scared about breaking it because I’ve seen that you could get refeeding syndrome from breaking it wrong. I’m not a slim guy I’m 240 pounds and 5 foot 10, by the time I’m done with my fast ill be 220 esh. I took a multivitamin/electrolyte powder everyday of the fast. if you’re knowledgeable please help me find out how to properly break it and how many day I should be eating certain foods please 🙏

I always break my fast starting with probiotics. You need to feed your gut biome before you decide to start using it again
A small bowl of Sauerkraut goes a long way. Also a cup of kefir works wonders.
A few hour later i usually have a small portion of healthy fatty protein with a salad. Salmon is my usual choice
After this do whatever you want.
I try and keep it as keto as possible but i do like carbs every now and then im only human!
