I’m about to break a 3 day fast with a big kahuna cheesesteak sub in a tub from jersey mikes. How screwed am I?
You’ll be fine. I’ve done fasts and broken them with similar and you may have the need to go to the bathroom but it’s never as out of control dramatic as it’s made to be on this sub (in my experience).
