Breaking a 7 day fast?

So I’m in day 2 of a week long fast. I’ve never done more than 48 hours before.

I’ve read the electrolytes page on the wiki, ready to go for it!

Does anyone have any suggestions for breaking the fast? Fats or carbs first? Are there any “best practices”?

For your gut health bone broth first, and then if you don’t want to spike your insulin like crazy, lean protein first. If you wanna eat veggies, eat them cooked. Whatever you do, as long as you reintroduce food slowly and eat whole foods you should be fine
