Breaking a fast without gaining weight??

Hey guys! I’m 73 hours into my first 96 hour fast and am beginning to contemplate what my first meal should be. Does anyone have any tips?

Usually go with eggs and chicken I’ve done 5 3-4 day fasts in the last 6 months The first fast I worried what to eat , now i basically start eating again about as much as I want but keep away from sugar crap and processed things Congrats on ur first fast. Now that ur not a virgin u have nothing to lose by doing it again

After a 3-4 day fast, your stomach should have shrunk, take advantage of it. Eat till you are full, which shouldn’t be much, then fast for another day or two if possible, then eat a small amount of food again and go for another round.

Fasting and IF could be a way of life, not just some measure you take for emergency purpose.

All have good ideas here. I prefer a handful of nuts. Starting back with a small snack first. The whole first meal proportion ought to be no larger than your fist. Remember, your stomach has shrunk. Wait and see how you feel before continuing.
