What are some meals/ foods you guys would recommend eating? I do 16:8 and lately ( I think because I started working out in the mornings) I’m starvingggg and eat a lot of carbs. I started to put on some weight I’m not happy about.
I chuck sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, raisins, or cranberrys, a hand of fist crunched walnuts, some choped hazelnuts, flax seeds, and coco nibs (unsweetend) in a tupperware, and take a apple, and orange to work.
