I was loving my fruit salads in the late mornings, was on top of the world, then i was getting a weird lump sensation in my throat and took forever to find out it was acid reflux.
Anyway, when i knew it was my healthy diet that was actually fucking me i fell off the wagon ffs.
Now i wanna get going again but what can i break my fast with?
Bone broth or vegetable broth if you’re vegetarian- fruit is sugar - when you break your fast you want to avoid carbs and sugars and go slow Broth / then kimchi sauerkraut- fermented food with probiotics help your gut to digest good luck :)
