Cole says that one needs to break their fear of not eating. I have no fear of not eating. I just have urges to eat and eat and i want to break the cycle of binge eating. Any suggestions of how I can mentally prepare for a fast and stick with it (How to feel motivated throughout)?
Stop overthinking it….just do it…change your life…once you hit ketosis and drink a lil snake water you won’t be hungry, trust us. My first 24 and 48 were life changing as well as my first few dry fasts. YMMV. Welcome to your new life. You don’t really need to eat everyday, six meals, etc
