Broke my fast, plan on getting back on it

I broke my fast 5 days in. Was hoping to get to 7.

I had sardines in olive oil, 1 avocado and 2 anchovies in olive oil.

This is all I plan to eat before recommending tomorrow.

Will I still be in Ketosis? And can someone explain if I was burning fat, what happens to this food. Do I need to burn this off before the burning of fat resumes?

You seem to be under the impression that ketosis is somehow required for weight loss to take place. This is patently false. If this was the case then only low carb and fasting style dietary regimens would be successful in lowering BMI, which is also undeniably false as evidenced by mountains of scientific data spanning at least a half a century.

Physiologically, that minuscule amount of calories you took in will not correct your bodies underlying caloric imbalance for long. In a matter of hours your body is still going to be requiring more to keep your pilot light on and keep your basic life support functions operating. The most readily available source is always adipose tissue (fat). This is what is called upon when there is nothing nutritionally in your system to be used for energy. Ketosis or no ketosis.
