Broth during fasting, still fasting?

I’m kinda confused. Ive read that some people say its okay to have bone broth, is it? Is it also okay to have vegetable broth instead? Or would broth be counterproductive to fasting? Should I just stick to coffee, tea and water?

Answer

Yes you “theoretically” will break the fast, but you will maintain ketosis.
When you have fasted for some time you find something that works for you, fasting 22h’s or going for a 3day fast every 2 weeks is not for all. Just do whatever makes you feel better, if that is intermittent or straight coffee and water, you do you.

Answer

I mean this pinged post says it does not break a fast…
