Anyone building muscle on snake diet? If so what fasting protocol are you using? Most days I do omad and a weekly 48hour. I have done 2 weekly 48s with an intermediate refeed, a 72 and a 48 and a with one intermediate refeed, both followed by a couple days of eating two meals a day. On weekends I grapple and need to eat more on those days. I train on my own during the week with kettlebell and calisthenics.
How much do you eat if you are doing one refeed between extended fasts? I can only eat so much even after fasting 3 days. Fasting is no issue for me, I have done a 10 day water fast and a 3 day dry fast. To give an idea what I can eat in a refeed its about 20 wings bone in. I want to and have put on a little muscle. But I feel like building and fat loss are at odds. I an thinking to do a weekly 72, followed by 4 days of eating ravenously without time restriction on those days. Which might be an idea! Love to hear whats working for others. Including what and how much your eating and how often.
I found it best for me to go Two Meals a Day with a 4-6h eating window and throw in a 48 per week.
Remember tho, there are limits to this. If you are fairly new to training this works great, if you are intermediate to advanced you will likely not get away with it you need to focus more on building muscles or on cutting.
