I’m currently doing keto for weight loss and migraine prevention. I’ve realized that if I have bulletproof coffee with a splash of heavy cream in the morning, (around 8-9a) I’m not hungry until about 2p. If I do 16:8 IF with an approximately 1p-9p eating window, but I still have my coffee, will I still get some of the benefits?
Yes. It’s calories but not a lot of carbs. It might technically break your fast depending on how much heavy cream you add but it’ll digest pretty fast. Some people care a lot about being letter of the law. I say if it works for you do it, and it’s not going to be that much different than if you didn’t do that in the morning
