Answer

Dietitian here, I’m going to be honest and I’m not sure how much nutrients are lost being burnt and it may depend on the kind of food. Fruits and veg definitely lose nutrients when burnt but ideally I wouldn’t recommend eating burnt food because the ‘black bit’ of the burnt food can be carcinogenic.

It’s alright in moderation such as darker toast but if you meant burnt as in the food literally looks like charcoal then I wouldn’t eat it at all.

Regarding websites, you can simply check most nutrient-dense foods. I believe that the most nutrient dense foods are liver, kale, and broccoli to name a few.

However if you want to ensure that your diet is enjoyable then I would highly recommend taking a multivitamin-mineral supplement. There’s no shame in taking an all-in-one supplement and I personally recommend it for everyone if they can because so many issues people face such as tiredness at work, low mood, low energy levels, and sometimes aches and pains can be massively improved with an all-in-one supplement to cover any nutritional deficiencies in someone’s daily diet.

Hope that helps :)
