Does any body else take these during a fast? Im 3 days in and need them to get through work, any advice?
I take 5-hour energy (and swear by them), unless I’m specifically doing a water-only fast. Only 4 calories, it’s been said that 10 and under doesn’t break your fast as far as your body is concerned. No source on that, sorry.
