I’ve been trying to do 16:8 IF and eating pretty clean. I’ve been eating \~1700-1800 calories/day, and losing \~1lb/week. My TDEE is estimated at 2500 calories/day. Should I be targeting closer to 2000 calories/day?
Figure calories more on a weekly basis than daily. You’re working on a pound and change lost a week, in terms of reduced calories, and being paid off in a pound of weight loss.
You are good where you are, as long as you are managing the appetite.
You’ve for calories in your back pocket to account for mistakes or when you are tired.
But you’ve figured how to eat cleaner and eat less.
