i have been doing 15-9 for like 3 months now and was wondering if you have to maintain a certain calorie count for the meals that you eat during that time like i take a normal lunch and a small dinner and prevent snaking so does fasting give a lil more liberty with your food intake or do you have to still maintain a low cal content?
It depends on if you’re trying to loose weight or not. The way fasting helps with weight loss is mainly through restricting the amount of calories you eat every day by limiting the hours in which you can eat. If you eat more calories than you burn, you’re going to gain weight.
