I ate 1,000 calories a 1pm today but I’ve burned 1,350 calories today can I eat again or does the calories burned not matter?
u/delectablebloom is 100% correct, but also, it’s very unlikely you burned 1350 calories. Most trackers are off by a pretty significant margin. Generally speaking, you shouldn’t eat back calories burned from exercise if your goal is fat loss.
You definitely need to eat more. All adults should get at least 1200 calories a day, no matter their size, and that’s without exercise. You can become very unhealthy very fast if you eat less than 1200 calories a day.
