Hey, can anyone solve this mystery for me😅 I can’t know how much calories there’s in chicken legs(drumstick and thigh) with bone and with/out skin, and how much protein and fat?
Weigh it before you eat it, weigh the bone when you’re done. Subtract those two numbers. I’d guesstimate drumstick and thigh to roughly be 60/40 protein fat. Thighs are fattier than drumsticks, but nonetheless, apply the ratio to the number you got and that’s how much of each macro you consumed
