I always had a white tongue no matter how long I brush it and it always made me sad.
Is it gonna help me if I do 7-days fasting? (I started anyway)

I don’t think fasting will make it better. Have you tried talking to your dentist/hygienist about it, or tried using a tongue scraper? Sometimes it can be a sign of underlying health conditions as well.
