do you actually know you are deficient because of your diet? what do even become deficient in by restricting calorie intake? you can still eat copious amounts of fruit and veggies. vitamins/minerals from meat/dairy should easily fit into your calorie budget
Weight loss with macro control shouldn’t hurt overall nutrition..
If you’re concerned about nutrients that you’ll miss by reducing meat, whole grains and legumes, a supplement might help.
Good quality Meal replacement shakes do have a good nutrition setup if you want to look into it
If you’re eating sufficient protein, fruits, vegetables, with moderate whole grains/legumes, you should be fine.
It obviously can help but to be sure you are getting your micros while in deficit you must track your food in an app so you can see where you are deficient and supplement accordingly. It’s possible one multivitamin solves this but you need to use a tracker app to be sure.
