Can DF reverse damages from excessive masturbation?

Hi,

My previous fasting eperience - 11 day WF, 5 day DF.

Excessive masturbation can cause bodily asymmetries according to Happeh Theory. If you masturbate with your left hand then the left side of your entire body will shrink causing the assymmetry. You might think this is a troll, but as I observed all of this in my own body this seems true.

Can this assymetry be fixed by Dry Fasting (especially the face)? The completely non-scientific explanation for the shrinking is the pressure/tightness difference between the two sides. Can a long DF cleanse the energy changes and restore the body atleast partially?

I believe if you Dry fast long enough with a proper routine and refeeding method you can heal just about anything. What you’re trying to fix could probably even be healed with just a healthy diet and not touching your bellend for a year but dry fasting would greatly speed that process up. This practice is the grandpappy of natural healing methods, it has been known to completely heal people from cancer and i could imagine it heals alot of subtle epigenetic issues we have gained from our ancestrial lineage. Only one way to find out though, hope it works out bud.

On a side note the fact that dry fasting is villainized by mainstream health and big pharma, porn is normalised and masturbation is encouraged is one of the biggest red flags that something really fishy is going on in our world. I’m not well read on orthodox religion but some people see Adam and eve and the forbidden fruit story as a metaphor for how we fell from grace and higher worlds of feeling, experience and spirituality through the misuse and corruption of sexual energy.

Dry fasting will certainly help. But even better is dry fasting while not masturbating. Like ever again. If you consider yourself an addict, strive to never indulge again. Your body starts to assume natural form again. The younger you begin this process the faster your results.

It is the disease of modern times, masturbation. I hope fasting can help in this area. What maximizes the healing is not fantesizing, as only looking at shapes or thinking dirty starts a process that intrerupts healing

While fasting, body structure may change. Since autophagy is not possible in normal times, cell growth is not rapid, and the amount of energy is not sufficient, the body cannot change itself as it wishes. For example, because you were exposed to too much estrogen during puberty, your hips became very large and your shoulder bones and rib cage got smaller. So you grew up feminine. If you fast when your hormones improve, your body may begin to remodel its skeleton according to your current hormones. or because you were malnourished in adolescence, your neck did not grow long enough. but in your dna it is written how tall you have to be. so if you eat enough while fasting, you can reach the height you need to be. so your growth is complete. In short, fasting makes our bodies like play dough.

but I have another question in mind. Does the human body perceive this as a modification or is it a problematic change?

The weird thing is, I was researching the symmetry topic today and I came across a page. He said that masturbation changes a part of the body.

So, If the body perceives this as a problematic change, it can restore its body. it is very simple because everything is coded in our dna. but if it perceives it as a modification, it may consider it as a necessity and not make any changes.

An example of a modification is the thickening of the hand bones. When you fast, your hand bones don’t get thinner because it’s a modification. Likewise, if masturbation has changed your body, is it a modification or a problem? Which one will your body choose? I’ve been thinking about this for a very long time.

I don’t know exactly how your body perceives this, but I have a question in my mind. The human body has to be symmetrical. otherwise this may cause problems. such as balance problems. or hundreds of other things we don’t know. It can even affect the heart. in other words, your body can detect the asymmetry and try to correct it. but as I said, does your brain perceive this as a problem or a modification?

but lately I’ve been researching another topic. people can listen to subliminal things and fix any part of their body. I thought what they were listening to was meaningless, but their belief is so much that it kind of puts pressure on the brain and makes it change the body. For example, you put so much pressure on yourself that your nose will be thin and you believe this situation that after a while your nose starts to get thinner. it destroyed my sense of reality. How does the human brain know these?

I mean, inside, you think it’s a thin nose. and your brain perceives exactly what you mean. Or you say high testosterone. and your body knows what that means. and it begins to change itself.

so maybe our brain is aware enough of everything. I mean, maybe we have a choice in everything. If you want your body to change, and you believe it, you will change. But if you don’t believe, you don’t change.

but there is still one thing i don’t understand. For example, you want to have a symmetrical body. How does your brain know the meaning of the word symmetry? How does he change himself accordingly? I guess I don’t want to think about it anymore because I’m so confused. what i mean is this. If you want and dry fast, you will be well.
