If so, how long would I need to fast for? I am 5’8 and weigh 140 lbs so I am relatively skinny and not sure how long I should go for safely.
5-7 days will give you relief. Then 8-11 days starts eating away the infection. Total healing you’re talking about possibly dryfasting 14+ days. Very few can sustain that intensity level straight through. So breaking and continuing in water until the infection is gone is a easier scenario. It will take longer but, it’s more sustainable.
