I’m wondering if dry fasting can cure an herniated disc, since some method to actually cure it is by injecting ethanol in it to force dehidratation. I find contradict information because many other people say that you have to drink a lot to improve herniation. Do you have any experience in this regard?
Yes, not only can dryfasting do it but waterfasting can as well. Dryfast until your underweight during the fast and your pass 7 days of fasting then the body begins to restore its flexibility and realigns the spine through the preceding days. When the body becomes very thin during the fast and pass the beginning stages it becomes very flexible moldeable and shiftable.
Even bones realign themselves. But, for that effect you definitely have to get into the second stages of fasting. The first stages relieves the pain. It’s never a question of can it do it, but how long?
Also, the fact that you can you have relief of pain through dryfasting is direct evidence that the underlying issue can wholly be healed or you would not have any relief of pain at all. It’s just steps within the progression of the full healing itself.
Fasting will help but like the other commentors have said, stretching, strength building and other help will be a much better catalyst. Knowing how to exercise takes an expert if you aren’t 100% in tune with your body because any overtraining can be more damaging than anything else. Good luck I’ve had similar back issues and it is awful.
Nope. This is to do with your spinal bones and spinal fluid - this is something you’d need to see a physiologist and/or doctor. I suffered really bad sciatica for over a year and no type of fasting did anything. Only after a proper stretching and strengthening routine did I get better.
I think fasting can heal neural damage. but fasting cannot change the position of the bones. I think you need to go to a physiotherapist for this. I mean go to the doctor. After fixing that, I think dry fasting can heal the neural damage.
