Your diet and lifestyle will determine your body. You can lose weight on a crazy diet, but when the diet ends, if you go back to your former lifestyle, you’ll regain the weight. You need to find something you can do permanently.
What you need is not a severe diet but a lifestyle change.
A cousin has lost and kept off more than a hundred pounds through a remarkable journey to better health by:
taking up weight lifting - she is ‘addicted’ to it and will continue it
learning better eating choices and sticking to a calorie target at first using Noom, and later on with a nutrition coach
now she uses a meal service through a local chef plus preps veggies and healthy foods every week
This is not a diet or something she’s doing until she hits a weight goal. This is a choice she made to change her life permanently to become stronger and healthier.
