it has always helped me with hard flaccid, that and water fasting. I never have gone more than 40 hours for either dry or water fasting. During a fast, I ALWAYS notice my penis being more loose and less rigid/stiff

It’s known to heal itself but it takes a while. Fasting may speed things up. But make sure you see a urologist to make sure you have what you think you have. Also, make sure you don’t drink alcohol if you really want to heal yourself in that area.

I would suggest stretching all your muscles, especially hips, glutes, working on relaxing the pelvic floor, and avoiding porn, masturbation, orgasm, and sex for a while. I had a similar issue back in December. It took about 2 months to go away but now it’s gone. You more than likely pulled on a penile ligament too hard and/or hurt your pelvic floor muscles. You should be fine. Dry fasting may help as well.
