Hi so i started IF a month ago and its been going fine i dont think ive broken it once
Im not wven that hungry right now and my eating period starts at 12 (in 1.5hrs) do u think its ok to break my fast? Im so bored in class lol

Only you can give yourself permission to break your fast, today. If you think it would turn into a habit, maybe you shouldn’t.
If you feel that you can be disciplined enough to let it be a one time thing (or rare), go ahead.
Some people don’t fast every single day. You have to do what works best for you.
What I do is play the delay game. I tell myself I’ll wait 30 minutes. Then, another 30 minutes. It’s a self discipline game and it works, next thing you know, it’s time to break your fast.
Which of the fasting methods are you doing past days/weeks? If it’s a 12-hour fast, then breaking it at 10,5h is not very clever, as you might not see any results from that. But if it’s, let’s say, 18-hour fast, then finishing it after 16 hours is not that bad! However, as someone already said, it can become a habit, so we recommend sticking to the plan and eating when your eating window starts. Lastly, if you are REALLY craving a snack and cannot go more, just have it, and you will try to have a clean fast the next day. Just listen to your body!
