Break it with ‘kidney shot’, but don’t eat for a couple of hours since baking soda messes with your digestive system. I would break it with apple cider vinegar mixed with water for the kidneys either alone or a couple hours after the baking soda shot. With apple cider vinegar, it helps your kidneys and you’ll be able to eat immediately after as long as you were dry salting at least a day before breaking the fast.
