These are 2 of my favorite drinks but I want to know if I’m able to drink them on a fast
I think this one is pretty divided. Some say it does break your fast and others say it doesn’t. Apparently there are ingredients in some zero calorie drinks that spike your insulin causing you to break the fast.I guess it depends on your goals. If it’s weight loss, then I would say just drink whatever you need in order to keep your calories below maintenance.
I don’t have a definitive answer, but some Propel varieties have at least 5 calories as well as sugar. You have to be careful to pick the ones that are calorie and sugar free. I will say that I just tried one of the no calorie versions during my feeding period, and it gave me a lot of energy.
