So personally for me, anything artificial in the way of sweeteners seem to really trigger cravings in a much more significant way than just plain water. I has been easier for me to stay on track if I don’t try to fool my taste buds into thinking I’m having something sweet. Just my 2 cents of course. everyone is different.
I have noticed I few more hungry during the fast if I have any artificial sweetener -assuming it still triggers the insulin response if it tastes sweet. To me, it’s not worth it to possibly negate all the hard work.
