Answer

Yes, you can definitely do it.

Here a few points to pay attention to: -
your body will detoxify heavily especially in the early stages: be ready to manage the symptoms;
- 400 pounds is a nice number. I would be followed by a doctor with frequent visits and blood tests;
- what is your goal in terms of weight and time to reach it? is it realistic? whatever the numbers are, it takes time for your body to get used to a demanding fasting regime but also time to recover after each fast (otherwise the damage would be more than the benefits)
- what’s your fasting history? Are you trained?

I’ve started my journey early of the year at 405 pounds with my heighest weight previously 418 pounds.My recent weigh in was at 355 pounds.I started of with daily dry with keto refeed. As i am more comfortable it became 2 day dry fast then now im on 3 day dry fast..Lost a lot on the first month but at a point i was going plateu..that was when i binge eat for a bit and that scare the heck out of me. Due to the weight gained back..Thus having me going for 3 day dry fast for a better result..and yeah so far it is amazing.Looking forward to lose more..my advice to you would be do whatever is comfortable with you and if you dont feel good just dont force yourself.Better be safe rather than damaging the body..the lost might not be in numbers at time but the inchloss is definitely there.Good luck!
