I drink Fairlife Core Power protein shakes sometimes. It’s around 26g of protein and there’s an Elite version with around 40g. I don’t usually drink the whole thing but will have some when I’m eating a mostly fruit based breakfast, for the added protein.
In terms of vegan foods, the big two that come to mind are TVP and seitan.
In terms of vegan plant milks, unsweetened Ripple (a US brand of pea milk) and unsweetened soy milk are pretty good.
In terms of powders, the company Perfect Day sells animal free whey protein under the California Performance Co. brand.
I would also say make an effort to avoid low protein foods. Rice, fruits, olive oil - these aren’t unhealthy but they represent an opportunity cost for things with greater protein.
No salt added cottage cheese. Add some pineapple, orange and a dallop of whipped cream for being so nice to yourself by forgoing all that sodium. It’s almost like cheating except you don’t have to feel bad. A 16oz tub yields 12g protein per 1/2 cup, two cups total per tub.
Beans, rice, corn and cheese also form a complete protein so taco bowls without the meat will also yield good results.
