Answer

Do it but get salt and potassium in ya at least an hour before to help retain water. I do cardio work outs and this is a must otherwise you’ll lose water too quickly and cramp up. Do it but listen too your body, when you’ve lost energy don’t push yourself anymore.

Answer

Yes but make sure to have a source of electrolytes due to excessive sweating. I am a big fan of exercising during fasting but I wouldn’t even consider if I didn’t have the electrolyte mix I use. I think there can be a bit of fear mongering in this subreddit (usually by people not familiar with fasting), however, plain and simple it is just dangerous not to have a source of electrolytes handy if you will be sweating a lot.

Answer

You may feel a bit more depleted than normal. Also, some of the advice here may be assuming that you play soccer regularly (when you are not fasting). If this is increased exercise I understand there could be complications, but I am NOT an expert in the area.
