I do 16/8 Intermittent fasting. I find myself drained of energy if im not eating for prolonged periods of time during periods.
Should I reduce the fasting hours or simply not fast during the first two three days?
Everyone’s body is different :) I only do 14 hour fasts during PMS week. Started doing that a handful of months ago (been doing IF for 2 years now). I feel SO MUCH BETTER during that time now instead of being in fasting mode for 18-20 hours a day. Generally I love fasting but NOT during the week leading up to my period. Do some experimenting. Maybe it will help you!
