Hello everyone.I am currently fasting for 39 hours. Problem is, I have severe anxiety and sometimes I need to take 2/3 tablets of Diazepam Ratiopharm. My goal is to reach 72 hours.The medication that I take belongs to the “Benzodiazepine” class of depressant drugs.Just wondering if I can take it while fasting otherwise I will have to start over :(
Guidance would be appreciated, thank you very much!
EDIT: Sorry I did not want to seek guidance, I just wanted to know if someone else takes anxiety medication while fasting.
Omg take your meds. Won’t affect a fast but not taking them.will affect your mental health. Fasting makes me emotion a tint bit in the beginning…so consider that feeling sensitive or off is fasting related sometimes. xo
