At this point, I don’t have a clue. Everybody is different, everyones body reacts differently. I am at my 60ish hour waterfast, and tried electrolites in the form of this little tabs you add to water and they have vitamins, and for the past 48hours I dranked it every 3 hours but I feel like shit. I tried the “ooh just a pinch of salt” in my past fasts but I felt like shit too. I am going for 72 hours so cannot wait to break it. But no matter what I try, around 48 hours mark, light headache and dizzyness kicks in….
